I'm officially obsessed! I used sweet potato fries for some added Fiber + Vitamin A. The Greek topping is basically what you'd find on a greek salad, diced red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives. I mixed up the diced veggies in some lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, thyme, parsley, Himalayan salt, black pepper, and garlic. Topped with feta cheese, now you can indulge in Poutine you won't regret. 💛
