Protein Pancakes


Did you know that replacing the flour in pancakes for bananas as a starch is just as yummy! It's my new favourite breakfast! I made them for my mother the other day, she's my taste tester since she's super picky! She's not a huge fan of bananas so I added some vanilla extract for a more buttermilk taste which turned out better than I imagined! Under 5 min preparation time!

Cook at low temperatures with coconut oil, to allow the pancakes to become fluffy and the oil not to burn. For added protein, use peanut butter instead of maple syrup as a topping, or both, depending on how much demand your muscles are getting. I've been at the gym a lot and my muscles cry for protein. Luckily this is their morning fix, enjoy! ❤️ 


Protein Pancakes:  

1 Bananana  

2 Eggs  

1 Scoop of any Whey Isolate or Vegan Protein 

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract  

optional topings: Maple Syrup or Peanut Butter.
